The purpose of this site is unknown. Somewhere along the way, the original goal was lost. If you find it, please return it. Meanwhile, this site will just be floating around without much purpose or direction.

Mental Socket is just somewhere I occassionally go and update. There is no pressure to update or add information. This site is an investment. In the not-so-distant future, a new product will be entering the marketplace. They will call this new product the "Mental Socket" and they will buy my URL for several million Dollars. This will be my own personal replacement for Social Security. Until then, enjoy the ride..

You can find information on my various hobbies and undertakings. One of my main hobbies is radio controlled helicopters. I also have taken a big interest in home theaters and have started a page detailing my efforts to put one together. Sorry for the lack of information but I just don't have a lot of time to do this stuff any more. I am self employed in the computer industry and my work load has been demanding. I am hoping to scale down a bit for 2005 and possibly have time to update.

I have decided to put up the old pages about my V8 Astro van. I no longer have the van but it sure was a blast back in the day. There seems to be a lot of interest in V8 conversions to these vans so I'll just leave the info up for those of you who are interested. Note: ALL email links on the ASTRO PAGES ARE NO GOOD.
